Tonight's dinner at TGI Friday's was definitely different than a usual night at a restaurant. I must say that with the growing popularity of this blog, it is difficult to not be self conscious about the food I that I order. Even through the turmoil, I still managed to make a great choice. The sandwich was excellent and I ate it in about 6 minutes.

The sandwich took a little while to inspect because the melted cheese looked an awful lot like mayonnaise. Luckily, I have developed a system for identifying whether the substance in question is mayonnaise or not. What I do is stick my finger in it and then look at my finger tip. If i can see any of the substance on it then it is probably mayonnaise or something that I equally hate. This white substance passed the test and also stretched like normal cheese would.

The pepper soup was included in the order and served at the same time as the sandwich. I only ate a few spoonfuls before giving up on it. I just really couldn't stand that it was both creamy and tangy and for all I know it could have had sour cream in it and I did not want to take that risk. It was a bummer because this was my first meal of the day and I was pretty hungry and the sandwich was not completely filling.
