11:45 pm:

  • Asiago Cheese Bagel

8:30 pm:
  • Chicken Parmigiana Sandwich

My Parents went to New York Pizza Department again, and had a sandwich waiting for me when I got back to L-Worth.

12:00 pm:

  • Everything Bagel With Turkey, American Cheese, Tomato
  • Blueberries

3:00 am:

  • Asiago Cheese Bagel With Turkey, American Cheese, Tomato
I am now at my brother Matt's amazing house in the city. He bought me all of this food, anticipating that I was coming to Philadelphia. The bagel was from Panera. It is also 3 am and Ben still hasn't had a bite to eat.

8:00 pm:

  • 1 Cheese Steak With Onions
  • 1 Brownie
  • 1 Root Beer

I forgot that my brother, Ben, would never eat before he had anything coming up(basketball game, concert, etc) and tonight he had a concert and I was staying in his house so we didn't get any food all day. He also had absolutely nothing to eat in the house I had to wait until I got into the city to eat anything. I decided to have a good ol' time philly cheese steak and it was very satisfying.

8:00 pm:

  • Gumbo
  • Jambalaya With Fried Oysters
The gumbo was leftover from my brother, Ben. I went out to eat at this fancy New Orleans style place with my brothers and their friend named Mike. I was disappointed that they did not offer any meals containing crawfish, but I still enjoyed what I had.

12:50 pm:
  • Original Ritz Chips
  • Honey Roasted Peanuts
  • 1 Virgin Mary
  • 1 Ginger Ale
Airplane Food/Drink. I agree with Steven that both of the above beverages are great on an airplane and I have ordered them 95% of the time. I also have been thinking about getting into real Bloody Marys but I haven't gotten around to purchasing the ingredients. I am very interested though.

11:30 am:
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Odwalla Strawberry Pomegranate Fruit Bar

11:40 pm:

  • Pretzel Rods
  • 1 Glass of V8

9:30 pm:

  • 3 GrapeRoma Tomatoes
  • Terra Blue Chips
  • Dannon "Fruit on The Bottom" Blueberry Yogurt

7:30 pm:

  • French Onion Soup
  • Almond Coated Salmon
  • Blueberry Compote
  • Garlic Potatoes
  • Asparagus
  • 1 Shrimp
  • Root Beer

I ate out with my parents and their friends at the stone wood grill. I ordered the French onion soup mainly for the melted cheese. My mother offered me a mussel from her plate that clearly had some tarter sauce all over it and just sort of threw it on my plate and I refused it. I kept staring at the little spot on the plate that was stained with tarter sauce and it was frustrating. Otherwise it was a satisfying meal and I enjoyed dipping my salmon in the compote. The shrimp was also from my dad's dinner.

1:30 pm:
  • 1 Bagel with GrapeRoma Tomatoes+ American Cheese
  • 1 Bowl Of Chocolate Peanut Butter Pops
  • 1 Glass of Tropicana Healthy Heart With Omega-3 Orange Juice

I just realized that the way they get the omega 3 in there is from fish. Each glass of orange juice contains oils from sardines, anchovies, and tilapia. Yum.

1:15 am:

  • 1 Goya Beef Empanada
  • 1 Boca Burger on Wonderbread With American Cheese And Graperoma Tomatoes
  • 1 Glass of Pear Nectar

12:30 am:

  • 1 Dannon "Fruit on The Bottom" Peach Yogurt
  • 1 Plum
  • 1 Glass of Pear Nectar

6:15 pm:

  • 1 Hebrew National Dinner Hot Dog
  • 1 Hot Dog Bun
  • Baked Beans
  • Macaroni and Cheese
  • Terra Blue Potato Chips
  • Chipotle and Corn Salsa
  • 10 Cherries
My father has returned to Lake Worth for the night and we ate this dinner as a family. I was not a fan of the unhealthiness of this meal. There were actually 30 grams of fat in each of those dinner hot dogs and I would generally avoid things like that, plus mac and cheese. I anticipate lots of omgs to the fact that I ate some salsa but I have never had any problem with salsa and I eat it whenever it is around.

3:15 pm:

  • 1/2 Shrimp Scampi Pizza
  • 1 Plum
  • 1 Cherry
  • Pear Nectar
My mother only ate 1/2 of her pizza last night from CPK, so I ate the other half today. I still believe that the Thai pizza is the best option on the menu at that place, but this was alright. I like shrimp.

Also, nectar is something that I would always buy on impulse on trips to and from Miami but I never would really think about it otherwise. Because my nectar consumption has been recorded in this blog and celebrated by Barbie Q, I have realized that I do greatly enjoy it and I bought a carton of my favorite flavor from Publix today.

2:30 pm:

  • Lemon Meringue Pie Sample
From Publix.

12:45 am:

  • 2 Brownie Bites

    11:00 pm:

    • Edy's Coconut Popsicle

    7:00 pm:

    • Two Slices of Bread
    • 1 Sicilian Pizza
    • Strawberry Lemonade

The meal was located at California Pizza Kitchen and I ate it with my mother. She first tempted me with Indian food but then backed out because she did not think she would be able to handle the spiciness of Indian food. She then suggested California Pizza Kitchen thinking that I would order their tandoori chicken pizza in order to have something Indian but I opted for a sicilian pizza and ate the entire thing.

    2:45 pm:

    • 1 Garlic Roll
    • Campbell's Tomato Juice

The garlic roll came with my chicken parm sandwich the other night. I did not bother to heat it up because I knew I would still enjoy it cold.

I finally finished the tomato juice and I am glad about this. I usually would just buy V8 instead and I am a huge fan of that drink. I could not remember how tomato juice compared but I remembered that my grandfather always kept miniature cans of it in his basement and I used to love them, so I decided to buy a bottle. It turns out that there are aspects of the taste of Campbell's Tomato Juice that I find to be unpleasant and I really only like when the tomato juice touches certain specific taste buds on my tongue. When I was younger, and at my grandfather's house, I would always chug the tomato juice. This allowed the tomato juice to wash over the correct taste buds while avoiding contact with the undesired ones. For some reason, I am not willing to chug tomato juice anymore and I know that I can drink V8 at a normal pace and still enjoy it a great deal. This is why I am glad that with the tomato juice gone, I can now put a nice, huge bottle of V8 in its place.

    12:15 pm:

    • Fruit Loops
    • Orange Juice
    • Iced Coffee

    2:00 am:

    • Vanilla Milkshake
    • Mozzarella Cheese Sticks+ Marinara Sauce

These were both from Denny's. I am constantly desiring milkshakes these days and this is strange for me. I never used to have much of an interest in milk shakes because they were too thick and they would always lose the battle for my attention on the dinner menu to beverages with less viscosity. I also did not think that I had any desire for food, but when I entered the Denny's and smelled that familiar Denny's smell, I found myself with an appetite for some mozzarella sticks.

    10:00 pm:

    • 2 Pretzel Rods
    • 2 Brownie Bites
    • 1 Edy's Coconut Popsicle
    • Campbell's Tomato Juice

I am often impressed with fruits that manage to not be tart and still maintain my attention. I like blueberries best when they accomplish this task(the ones that i have been eating recently do). I also like bananas for this reason. Coconuts also fit into this category for me although I do not have the time to eat fresh coconuts very often. Luckily they come in popsicle form.

    9:00 pm:

    • 1 Boca Burger on Wonderbread

I bought a box of 16 boca burgers a couple of weeks ago from Costco because I like to eat them. Today's burger was not as thrilling because I had no american cheese to place on top of it and my meal was just burger and bread.

    8:00 pm:

    • 1 Peach Smoothie

    4:20 pm:

    • Other half of Chicken Parmigiana Sandwich
    • Pepperidge Farm Goldfish
    • Tropicana Healthy Heart With Omega 3 Orange Juice

    3:50 pm:

    • Blueberries

Unfortunately, there is not a very large variety of fruit in my house.

    2:30 pm:

    • Homemade Waffles
    • French Fries
    • Blueberries
    • Tropicana Healthy Heart With Omega 3 Orange Juice

My mother, glad to have me back in Lake Worth, surprised me by making me breakfast this afternoon. She heated up some of those same waffles from last week and put a blueberry in each of the syrup holes and then put two more just in case of some emergency. Perhaps she was anticipating that I might accidentally drop a blueberry onto the ground, resulting in a dog eating it before I could pick it up. Also, to simulate hash browns, my mother added the french fries from her chicken finger dinner the other night to my meal. I actually love having french fries with breakfast. In Costa Rica, every breakfast that I had was served with rice and beans and also french fries with little pieces of hot dogs. This did not seem like a good idea to me on paper but in action it was very delicious.

    3:20 am:

    • Blueberries
    • 1 Glass of Water

Blueberries are a favorite snack of both my mother and I and they are a common sight in our refrigerator in our Journey's End housing community home.
